The right diet

Once determined, the food/foods which originate the intolerance should be eliminated from your diet for a period of time, which may vary from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the intensity level of the intolerance.

The food/foods can later be gradually reintroduced in the diet, until your body does not recognise it as "dangerous" anymore.
